How far can the bike go
on a single charge?
Our bikes are rated for 5-15 miles, depending on terrain, amount of pedaling, etc.
How fast can the bikes go?
With our bikes’ pedal-assist, you can enjoy speeds upwards of 20 mph. In pure electric mode, without pedaling, they travel about 16 mph.

WHAT RENTAL PERIODS
ARE AVAILABLE?
Bike STX offers hourly, daily, & weekly rentals. If you need something special, just ask!
ARE ANY SPECIAL SKILLS NEEDED?
Only solid know-how & level-headedness where it relates to riding a traditional bicycle. Our team will familiarize you with the equipment before you ride!
Is there an age limit?
Yes, our minimum age for riders is 14 years old,
with parental supervision.

Is there a weight/height limit?
Weight capacity for our bikes is 250 lbs.
Our bikes are adjustable for all heights.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations +24 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
